Wikithrough for Hospital of A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead.
1. Check around the room to find 9 Notes. 1 on bed, 4 on board, 1 next to backpack, 1 on table, 1 under table and 1 in the closet. (Note 36: Baby names, Note 4: Happy Anniversary, Note 1: Lyrics draft, Note 17: damaged porch photo, Note 18: damaged swing photo, Note 19: damaged dock photo, Note 2: Song ideas, Note 21: Julia's photo, Note 3: I'm here)
2. Open your door and go left inside Martin's room.
3. Check around the room to find 5 Notes. 1 on bed, 1 on the ground on right side of the table, 2 on table and 1 on the board. ((Note 7: Unfinished letter, Note 9: Laura's responsibility, Note 24: Open mic night, Note 23: Martin’s postcards, Note 8: Exchange with Martin))
4. Out of Martin's Room, keep going forward to see Note 15: Mark to Kenneth next to Kenneth's Room.
5. Go through the mattress next to Kenneth's Room.
6. Go to the hall in your right and look at the board in your right to see the Note 14: Debris.
7. Go to the left hall this time and check out the Note 13 and 26 and the board and bench.
8. Go down the stairs and check the board on your left for Note 30: Mark in charge.
9. Continue through the soft floor to see Note 29: Medicine cabinet on the board next to Storage Room, in front of the Chapel entrance.
10. Continue to your right on the soft floor to see the Note 27: Radio silence on the board in your right.
11. Open the door to Storage Room in front of the Chapel and pick up some items from the cabinet in front of you.
12. Out of Storage Room, keep going forward on the soft floor in front of the Chapel.
13. Open the Toilet door and pick up the items.
14. Go back up and continue on the soft floor. Go up the stairs in your right and get back to Alex's Room.
15. Kenneth's Room next to Alex's Room is now open and you can check it out for few more Notes in it. 1 Note in closet, 1 Note in table, 1 Map on table, and 1 Note with few items inside the briefcase. (Note 5: Annotated map, Note 6: Never forget, Note 20: Julia and Kenneth)
Note: The briefcase is part of the Pre-order Bonus, and only available for players who bought the game before the official release date. But don't worry it's not part of the achievement and you don't need it.
16. Leave Kenneth's Room and go inside Alex's Room in your right.
17. After the cutscene ends, open the Vent next to the door.
18. Follow Alex's Dad and talk with him.
19. Keep going forward through the Vent and drop down in the end of it.
20. Pick up the items in front of you on the bed and bench.
21. Open the door next to the bed and then go through the narrow path.
22. When the cutscene ends, crouch down and continue under the table in front of you.
23. Open the door in your right. From here now be careful with small objects on the ground. Walking on them can move them and that will create loud noises.
24. Open the white door on the other side.
25. Enter the small hole in your left.
26. Go through the narrow path in your left, climb up the box in front of you and then open the Vent.
27. After going through the Vent and jumping inside the Laura's Room, you can find bunch of Notes in there.
28. 8 Notes in the room and 1 in the bathroom. (Note 10: People are leaving, Note 22: Torn photo, Note 32: Wildlife sketch, Note 33: Robert sketch, Note 34: Martin's sketch, Note 35: Disturbing sketch, Note 11: A letter before leaving and Note 12: Condolence, Note 25: Martin and Robert)
29. Get out of the room and look at your left to see Note 16: About insulation on the bench.
30. Going forward a little more you can spot Mark's Room in your left. Go inside and open the table in your left to find a toy.
31. Get out of Mark's Room and continue going forward to right from Laura's Room.
32. Go down the stairs and when you see the Monster go inside the broken wall in your right.
33. Sit down in a corner and wait for the monster to leave. Don't move until you stop hearing his footsteps.
34. Check out the Note 28: Rationing on the table and pick up the Inhaler from it's drawer.
35. Continue toward where the monster came from.
36. Go to the Storage Room in front of the Chapel and enter the open door in your right.
37. Climb up the box behind the paint can and then go inside the Vent.
38. After jumping down from Vent, look at your right for a toy and the table in front of you for a key.
39. Unlock the door next to the Vent and keep going forward until you see a locked door. Open it with the key you got.
40. Go to your right. (Opposite of what Entrance text says.
41. When you reach the dead end, look at your right and go inside the Office room.
42. Open the drawer of the table in your left to see the Mixtape 1: For Beth.
43. Go back and continue toward the direction of the Entrance text.
44. Enter the Administrator room and open it's door to the Entrance.
45. Before jumping to the other side, look at your right for the Note 31: Leaving the hospital.
46. Jump over and after the cutscene ends, go left where the monster went.
47. Go down the stairs into the basement.
48. While going past the cars the monster will appear again, but this time he will not hear you until you make any noise.
49. Keep moving to your left and don't worry about him. Just be careful with the paint cans on the ground.
50. If you keep going to your left where the monster first appears, you will see a toy on left side of a red car.
51. Finding the exit door means you are done with the Hospital.
