1. Go to S mark in the Map to meet Seth at the Tumbleweed.
2. Follow Seth to the Mansion in the Yellow Dot.
3. Kill everyone in the town.
4. Go inside the Mansion from the basement door in your left.
5. Go to the second floor to find the treasure in one of the rooms.
