Rebirth (New Game+)
Complete the game after collecting four items.
1. The Crimson Ceremony
From entrance of the Graveyard, keep going to your right next to the wall to find a book in the end of the wall next to a grave with writings on it.
2. The White Chrism
After solving the safe lock puzzle with maria, right after going out of the now unlocked gate is a house called Baldwin Mansion in front of you. Check the table in front of it.
3. Obsidian Goblet
Inside the Silent Hill Historical Society. While looking at the painting of the Pyramid Head look back to see it in your right on the wall.
4. Lost Memories book
In the Lost and Found room at the Lakeview Hotel. Right after entering the hotel, go to the Cafe Tolusa in the first floor 1F and keep going right to see a weak wall.
Dog (New Game+)
Opening the Observation Room in the Lakeview Hotel with the Dog Key you get after finding two Broken Key will trigger this ending.
1. Broken Key Part 1
In Jukebox puzzle area, while facing Big Jay's, keep going left and enter the Pet Center in front of the green car and you can find it on a desk in the backroom.
2. Broken Key Part 2
After opening the locked gate after the safe code with maria, go right and enter the street in your right to find a little entrance to a yard with a doghouse in the dead end. Check inside it.
3. Dog Key
After getting both keys, proceed to LakeView Hotel. Solve the puzzle and go up the stairs to the third floor 3F. Unlock the door under the Room 315 in your map. Combine Broken Key Part 1 and Broken Key Part 2 and then open the Staff Only double door in your right.
UFO (New Game+)
1. In Jukebox puzzle area, while facing Big Jay's, keep going left and smash the window of the Jewelry Store in front of the police car to get the Blue Gem.
2. Investigate the Blue Gem in this locations:
*. The Rooftop of the Saul Street Apartments. (Eastern South Vale)
*. After meeting Maria for the first time in the Pier. Right when the cutscene ends.
*. The dock at the South of LakeView Gardens, right after getting off the boat Investigate the Blue Gem.
*. Room 312 of LakeView Hotel, before you watch the Video tape.
Investigating the Blue Gem in the last location, Room 312 of LakeView Hotel, will trigger the ending.
Bliss (New Game+) / New Ending for Remake
1. When you get to Garden in the Hospital, find a hole to crawl and you will find the Small Chest. (Brookhaven Hospital)
2. Before entering Silent Hill Historical Society, go to the house called Pete's Bowl-O-Rama and open the safe in there with the code 1887 to get the Rusted Key.
3. Progress in the game until you are in the Room 312 of the LakeView Hotel. Combine the Rusted Key with the Chest to get the White Claudia.
4. Drink the White Claudia from Inventory and watch the video tape to trigger the ending.
Stillness (New Game+) / New Ending for Remake
1. Get the Chainsaw in front of the Silent Hill Ranch sign.
2. After leaving the Silent hill Ranch area, look at your right for a green car. Smash it's window to get the Key of Sorrow.
3. After watching the video tape in the LakeView Hotel, go to the Manager's Office in the first floor 1F and use the code 314 to open the safe and get the Toluca Postcard.
4. Investigate the Toluca Postcard in the Inventory and finish the game to trigger the ending.
All in One (New Game+)
You can do all of the New Game+ endings in one run if you want to see what happens in each one without having to play the game for five times.
1. Pick up the Chainsaw in front of the Silent Hill Ranch.

2. Combine Broken Key Part 1 and Broken Key Part 2 and then open the Staff Only double door in your right.
UFO (New Game+)
1. Load the save file from the Reception room.
2. Go up the stairs to the third floor 3F and find the locked door under the Room 315 in your map.
3. Enter the room 312.
4. Investigate the Blue Gem before watching the video tape.
Bliss (New Game+) / New Ending for Remake
1. Load the save file from the Reception room.
2. Go up the stairs to the third floor 3F and find the locked door under the Room 315 in your map.
3. Enter the room 312.
4. Combine the Rusted Key with the Small Chest to get the White Claudia.
5. Drink the White Claudia from Inventory and watch the video tape to trigger the ending.
Rebirth (New Game+)
1. Load the save file from the Reception room.
2. Go to the Cafe Tolusa in the first floor 1F and keep going right to see a weak wall.
3. Break the weak wall and go through it.
4. Look at your right for the Lost Memories book.
5. Pick up the book and finish the game.
Stillness (New Game+) / New Ending for Remake
1. Load the save file from the Reception room.
