Enable Console

Go to Settings > Game > set Enable Developer Console to Yes.

Enable Cheat

Not all, but most of commands require "sv_cheats 1" to be enabled first.

Bots

Command	Description
bot_quota 20	Increase number of Bots to 10 for each team
bot_kick	Kick all Bots from server
bot_add	Add Bots to server
bot_place	Spawn a Bot in front of you
bot_crouch	All Bots in server are crouching
bot_stop 1	Freeze all Bots in their place
bot_mimic 1	All Bots mimic your movements

Weapon

Command	Description
sv_infinite_ammo 1	Infinite ammo without reload (0 for disable / requires "sv_cheats 1" to work)
sv_infinite_ammo 2	Infinite ammo with reload (0 for disable / requires "sv_cheats 1" to work)
give weapon_weapon name	Gives a specific weapon for free

Player

Command	Description
noclip	Fly around and pass through walls and floors
buddha true	Invulnerability for everyone (No one dies / false for disable)
kill	Instant death for Player
mp_respawn_on_death_ct 1	Instant respawn for Counter-Terrorists (0 for disable)
mp_respawn_on_death_t 1	Instant respawn for Terrorists (0 for disable)
