There is a Rocket Launcher in Clear Sky Base down the Swamps.
Clear Sky Base is way down the Swapm in right down corner of the map.
Go to the third house in your right after entering the Clear Sky Base area.
Go right of the house and look inside the green door from it's window and then shoot the wood behind the door.
Go inside and pick up the RPG-7U (Rocket Launcher).
