You can burn posters on the wall when you get Lighter later in the game. Remember any soldier around the poster will attack you.

Cats for XP

Earn extra XP by taking pictures of Cats in The Vatican. You can always find few of them on the roofs.

Wilhelm Scream

When Indy is fighting Gantz on the ship, a Nazi soldier will scream while falling down with a big box. The scream is the famous Wilhelm Scream. The scream is the sound a character called Wilhelm made after getting hit by a arrow in The Charge at Feather River (1953) movie.
