Unfortunately there is no option in Avowed to leave all your companions in the party camp or shut them up and stop them from talking.

Release Update

Developers of Avowed got a lot of feedbacks from Advanced Access users and in the release update lowered how much companions talk, but they did not add any option to silence them.
