Ancient Tomb of Nanjo has a lot of loot chests but the main one for the Find and loot the chest is way deep underground.

1. Jump down.

2. Go down the broken stairs and when you get to the bridge, go right.

3. Jump down and slide down by going to right.

4. Jump over rocks to the other side and then jump down into water.

5. Crawl into the small area in your left with white marks and then go up the stairs and follow the narrow path until you see water.

6. Jump into the water and go the path in your left.

7. Climb up the wall in your wall and go up the small stairs.

8. Jump down and slide down the path in front of you.

9. Go to your right, up the rocks.

10. Keep going up until you see a grapple on top of your head to jump over.

11. Go through the open door and then up.

12. Climb the wall in your left and then go up the stairs.

13. Jump down and go to your left.

14. Crouch down and crawl into the second small cave.

15. Jump over rocks and swing to other side.

16. Go through the narrow space to find the chest in front of you.

• You can use Fast Travel to get out.

Loot

The chest has a Tanto (knife) weapon called Yukimitsu's Revenge and it has 195 weapon DPS.
