To turn into a lizard with the Skin of the Saurok buff at the Ihgaluk Crag in the Isle of Thunder of the MoP you need to complete questline of Lor'themar Theron after getting into the zone for the first time.

• Lor'themar Theron is on the ship where you first land in the Isle of Thunder.

Choose PVE

After completing qeustline of the Lor'themar Theron a table in front of him will appear with the option of choosing PVP or PVE quests.

1. Choose PVE.

2. Take the Ihgaluk Crag quest from Magister Hathorel next to the table.

3. When you get to the bubble, take the Skin of the Saurok quest from Magistrix Saia.

4. After completing the Skin of the Saurok quest you will always have the Skin of the Saurok buff when you go to the Ihgaluk Crag.
