Rotating Valves throughout the game will be super hard if you don't change the settings.

Settings

1. Open Menu then go to Options > Video and enable V-Sync by setting it to ON.

2. Open Menu then go to Options > Controls and then set both Mouse Camera Sensitivity and Mouse Interaction Sensitivity to 100.

White Area

Your goal should be keeping it in the white area until the valve is rotated as much as the game needs you to.
