This muddy beast makes its home near the swells of Lake Biwa.

Location

Namazu Mount is a chest loot horse in Okishima island of Omi. The chest is located inside a underwater cave accessible through entrance in left of the island.

• Close to some soldiers guarding next to a fire.

It's dark underwater, you can change brightness to maximum to see it easier.

Once you found the entrance to the underwater cave, just keep going until you find a chest where you can breath.
