A recent update is causing the game to launch with Out of Range error.
1. Right click on the game in Library.
2. Click on Properties.
3. In the General tab and under the LAUNCH OPTIONS, write "-autoconfig".
4. Launch CS2 again and all of the game settings will reset to default.
