Easter Eggs and Hidden Details in Dying Light: The Beast.
Don't Open, Dead Inside!

Park Ranger Station in a little bit under the Mountain Shelter Tower has a text on it's garage door that references the same text from the first episode of The Walking Dead zombie show.
The Beast Within

The Beast Within quest you get a little bit later in the town hall at night time is a reference to a movie with the same title.
- Similar to this game, The Beast Within movie also has a character that turns into a monster.
Harry Potter (9 ¾ Platform)

The train bridge between the Monastery and the Mountain Shelter Tower in middle of the National Park zone has a portal to a Minecraft world.
Go up to top of the bridge and in the end of it's blocked path you can see a 9 ¾ note on the wall in front of you. Go through that wall to enter to the Minecraft world.
You can destroy the blocks with punches to find a hidden door behind them and a golden train with a collectible Blueprint on the train.
Trunk

Did you know trunk of most of the cars can be opened? Check them out for some useful items.
Knockable White Box

The weird white box that can be knocked but does nothing in the Taxi of the Industrial Zone is a fun little Easter Egg.
- Knock it 80 times to get a nice reward.
Gangster Potato

A cool looking potato is holding a knife and has glasses on in a bird nest on top of a house's chimney in a town in left of Alimental Food Swinery in the Farmlands zone.
Jade's necklace

The bracelet Kyle (main character) wearing is Jade's necklace. Jade is a character from the very first Dying Light game.
Yellow Duck with Hat

The Yellow Duck with a hat on the very top of the church in the Old Town zone looks like Walter White. (Main character of The Breaking Bad TV Show)
Spider Solitaire

Someone is playing games while working in the underground lab at the beginning of the game.
28 Days Later

The first loading screen while launching the game has a little reference to the 28 Days Later zombie movie in top right corner of the screen.
TMNT: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

While doing the Pumping Station quest to bring water back to the Town Hall in the Hydro-puzzle side quest, you will need to come back to the Town Hall and go underground (sewers) after checking the water pressure. While checking out the Sewers you will find four pizza with a dead rat and a sword which is a reference to the TMNT cartoon show with four turtles living underground with a rat.
Jade's Carved Name

One of the Bracers called "Merc Shooting Arm Guard" has Jade's name carved on it. Jade is a character from the very first Dying Light game.
Left 4 Breed

A bakery (on top of the Vanity Store in the map) in the Old Town zone is named Left 4 Breed as a reference to the Left 4 Dead zombie game.
Spin in Kid's Playground

After unlocking the Hook a little bit later in the game, you can go to a kid's playground right on top of the Safe House in the Cement Gardens (right down corner of the Industrial Zone) and enjoy some spinning on the spin device with your hook.
upDog

In a kid's playground right on top of the Safe House in the Cement Gardens (right down corner of the Industrial Zone) there is a poster with a funny joke on it.
- "Have you seen my upDog?"
- This poster was up in older Dying Light games too.
Rahim's Hotdogs

Touristic Relay's parking spot next to the church in the Old Town has a hotdog car called Rahim's Hotdogs. Rahim is the brother of Jade in the very first Dying Light Game.
