If you can't turn off Antialiasing or change it to anything else in KCD2 you need to turn off Technology in Resolution scaling first.

Guide

1. Open Menu > Settings > Graphic Settings.

2. Go down to Technology and turn off Resolution scaling.

3. Now go back to Settings and choose Advanced Graphic Settings this time.

4. You should be able to turn off Antialiasing or change it to whatever you want.
