Sad Mita
If mouse over the Exit button in the main menu, Mita gets upset.
Evil Mita Secret Menu
There is a secret menu with Evil Mita appearing on the screen that happens randomly while launching the game.
Monster in Mirror
If you don't skip the tutorial at the beginning of the game, before the WASD tutorial ends, if you look in the mirror for a while, you'll see a monster. This monster will never appear in the game other than this.
AFK Mini-Game
If you stay AFK (not touching keyboard and mouse) for around 2 minutes, a mini-game will start.
Only One Mita!
While choosing a name for yourself in the beginning of the gmae, if you name yourself Mita, Mita will tell you that you can't name yourself Mita and she's the only one.
Death Note
Love Note in left of TV in living room has similar font to notebook of Death Note anime.
Developer's Damaged Hand Story
The magazine with long text on the table in front of the TV in the living room has a story about game's developer damaging his hand.

I still can't think of one. All I can come up with is a bunch of bullshit about nothing.

Anita from Umfend
The figurine on top of the computer is a character called Anita from Umfend, another horror game with a female character. More interesting thing about this figurine is that it has red eyes on night times when the power is out, and her eyes will follow you wherever you go.
Scary Hand in Kitchen's Window
After finding the first battery in the bathroom the exit door will lead you to the kitchen. When you enter the kitchen, immediately look at the window in your right to see a creepy hand waving at you before it disappears forever.
I Hate You
After taking the fourth battery from the refrigerator if you don't pick up the fallen I Love You magnets and go to the bedroom and come back to kitchen, Mita will change it to I Hate You.
Evil Smile
After turning on the device and right before meeting Mita for the first time in Together at Last chapter, if you look behind yourself super first, you can see Mita with her Crazy Smile on her face following you for a brief moment.
Duck Teleport
When you go to bathroom to take the scissors to Mita, staring at the duck toy under your feet will teleport it to the kitchen. Stare at the duck in the kitchen and now it will teleport to your head, you can see it in the mirror. Stare at the duck on your head and it will teleport itself to the shower and sing a duck song.
Flashlight
In the "Things Get Weird" chapter, before going to kitchen to get the flashlight, if you use a freecam mod you can see a hand trying to pick it up from under the sink but it's stuck.
Pochita Saw
In "The Basement" chapter, down the stairs in the basement look at the left of the door in front of you to see a chainsaw with "Pochita Saw" written on it. Pochita is a character in Chainsaw Man anime.
Collar
In the "Beyond the World" chapter, before finding box of little players you can meet a player in your path. He has a collar on his neck instead of the ring you get from the Kind Mita.
Wandering Mita
In infinite hallway of the "Beyond the World" chapter, if you keep going to your right, a long leg Mita will pass in front of you.
Cappie Plays Your Game
In the "Beyond the World" chapter, if you stay AFK (not touching keyboard and mouse) in front of Cappie Mita, she will take your console from you and play with it herself.
Cappie Moves her Head
If you get close to Cap Mita and move your head to left and right or top and down, she will react to it with moving her head to top and down.
Cappie Mita Toys
In the "Beyond the World" chapter, go to kitchen with Cap Mita and push the button on the table. She will show her interesting toys!
Creepy Mita behind Window
In "The Loop" chapter, when the number is on 9 if you use a freecam mod you can see Creepy Mita behind the second window.
Happy Creepy Mita
In "The Loop" chapter, You can see fixed version of Creepy Mita on the wall on top of the small TV.
The Loop Monster
In end of "The Loop" chapter, if you don't run away by breaking the window and keep going door to door, a monster will follow you and kill you if he gets close to you.
Crazy Mita Underwater
In the beginning of the Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles chapter, if you go inside the light where multiple mannequins are following you to a ladder and look away all of them will freeze when they get to light. Now while facing the ladder, look at your right to see the Crazy Mita watching you underwater. You need high brightness and some NVIDIA gama to be able to see her.
Praying for you O Great Mita
After opening the first passage in "Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles" go up to the second floor and then go left to find a secret room with people typing "Praying for you O Great Mita" on a computer.
Giant Passing Monster
While leaving the passage in the "Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles" chapter, if you keep walking while looking at the bright planet, you will see a monster passing in front of it. If you use a freecam mod you can see his hand and leg too.
Bathroom Light
In the "Reading books, destroying glitches" chapter when the game asks you to "Take a look around" after finding out the exit door is bugged, you can turn on the switch in living room. Mita will you that this one doesn't work but the one in the bathroom works. If you go to the bathroom and turn the light on and off back to back, a creepy soundtrack starts. I don't know what this is reference to but it looks like a Easter egg.
Secret Empty Room
In the "Reading books, destroying glitches" chapter when the game asks you to "Take a look around" after finding out the exit door is bugged, go to kitchen and move toward the wall under the clock to find a secret room. Mila will say things like "Did you find a bug?" and "Where did you go?" Also if you hide yourself behind the wall (out of Mila's sight), she will start talking about you and her mom and dad!
Smiley Head
In the "Reboot" chapter, after Crazy Mita throws Kind Mita's head to you, if you don't stand up you can see her wink and smile at you for the last time.
