Walkthrough for Old Swindler Blues of Red Dead Redemption.
1. Go to the W in the Map.
2. West Dickens is injured and you need to take him to Doctor's Office marked with Yellow Dot in the map.
3. Use the road and try not to go off the road.
4. If you see anyone attacking you in your path don't stop, just slow down and kill them. You don't have much time.
5. When you reach the town a cutscene will trigger and Dickens will be your friend from now on.
