Wikithrough guide for Otherworld Hospital area of the Silent Hill 2 Remake.
| 1. Check your map for Elevator (E) location and go to the second floor 2F. |
| 2. Outside of the Nurses' Station, there is a locked box with chains on. Which is your next puzzle to solve. |

| 3. Use the code: 9659 to open the chains on the keypad. |
| 4. Use this code: Light: 1622 Standard: 1622 to open the chains on the lock. |
| 5. Last thing you need is the key. Go to the Nurses' Station and then into the west hallway through the Treatment Room. |
| 6. In your way in the Treatment Room, you will face a new enemy called Knife-Wielding Bubble Head Nurse. She is the hardest standard monster to kill. |
| 7. Go up the stairs to the third floor 3F. |
| 8. Go to Exam Room 4 and pick up the Instrument of Force next to the scared mannequin. |
| 9. Jump over the wall and deal with the four monster in this area. You need area to be clean. |
| 10. After killing monsters, check the right side wall of the Room D2 for a weak wall. Break it and go inside. |
| 11. Use the ladder to go down. |
| 12. Go to the Cafeteria then into the Medical Records. |
| 13. Go inside the broken wall. (Broken wall is located between E and Rest Room in your map. |

| 14. Pick up the Key of Bliss from the wall on your right. |
| 15. Go back up using the ladder in the Kitchen to scared mannequin in the Exam Room 4. |
| 16. Lower his left arm and use the Instrument of Force on it. Then use the Key of Bliss on his right arm. |

| 17. After getting the Lapis Eye Key, go down the stairs to the second floor 2F and get back to the Chained Box. |
| 18. Using the key on the Chained Box will trigger a cutscene. |
| 19. After getting the -1 Elevator Button, go to the Elevator (E) in your right and use it to on the last button. |
| 20. Correct answer to questions in the Elevator: Q #1: How many souls were lost during the plague in Silent Hill? (2: 67) Q #2: What road will take you from Sanders Street to the lumber yard? (3: Wiltse Road) Q #3: What was the name of Billy Locane's sister? (1: Miriam) You will need this answer later. |
| 21. Go to the 02 Maintenance Room. And continue through the broken wall to the 03 Generator Room. |
| 22. From here keep going to your right (From Laundry Storage to Laundry Room, then into Storage, then into Broken Wall, then into 0.10 Boiler Room, then into 0.6 Boiler Room, And in the last through the small window, climb into the Pump Room. |
| 23. Go inside the broken wall in front of you and get the Copper Ring on the table. |
| 24. From here your way is straightforward. Go until Maria starts going in front of you. Follow her. |
| 25. When Maria stops next to the empty pool, go to Shower Room then into the Doctor's Lounge. |
| 26. Inspect the table in middle f the Doctor's Lounge. A cutscene will trigger. |
| 27. Go to the Locker Room and then head to the second floor 2F using the Elevator (E). |
| 28. Use the ring on the Lady statue to open a door. |
| 29. After the cutscene ends, save the game on your way then keep going down until another cutscene triggers. |
| 30. Don't stop, just keep running. |
| 31. Go to the Reception Office and find the Hospital Entrance Key on the table next to a open window. |
| 32. A cutscene will trigger showing Laura outside the open window. |

| 33. Using the new key, get out of hospital to the street. |
