Silent Hill f will be released with both English and Japanese audio fully supported in the game.

If you thought because the first trailer had Japanese audio on it maybe the game will be on only Japanese too, you are wrong. Per SHf's Steam page [https://store.steampowered.com/app/2947440/SILENT_HILL_f/] there will be two fully voiced languages, English and Japanese.
