Because you don't see any woman in your first few missions you may wonder does Stalker 2 has any at all? The answer would be yes but there is only a few of them in the game.

Tho past Stalker games had literally no women in them, Stalker 2 has few in bases other than the one you go to in first hour of the gameplay.

Birch in Rostok

Birch is a trader in the base in middle of the Rostok area, she has a drink on her table and offers gears to buy.

The fighting between Eugene and Ragman is getting worse than anything Freedom and Duty ever saw. Those peddlers ain't never gonna make peace, not even if Korshunov shows up here with a Treaty.

Viktoria Dorozhnyuk in Malachite

Viktoria is a scientist in the base in middle of the Malachite area and gives you the mission "A scientist at the counter?" You can also buy gears, weapons, and some ammo from her.

If I were in charge, we'd be respected like SIRCA. There's so much potential here, and its's being wasted. It's disorganized! Can you believe it? They just funded a study to determine whether pseudo-dogs have a fifth limb. This is a circus, not a scientific facility!

Sonya Kalyna in Sultansk (Zaton)

Sonya Kalyna is a bartender in Sultansk of Zaton (right center of the area) and offers some food and drinks.

You know coupons were invented by some smart-ass Freedom guy from Rostok, right? Wasn't that long ago, ut the whole Zone uses 'em. Jobs, trades, payments - it's all coupons now. I wonder if it's human nature, or does the Zone turn anything new into something ordinary just like that?

Harpy Yaniv Station (Yaniv)

Harpy is a technician in the Yaniv Station base in middle of the Yaniv area and gives you the mission "I'm looking for work. Got any?" and you can also upgrade your weapons with her help.

I may not have the best aim anymore, but when it comes to disassembling and reassembling guns, I'm the quickest in all of Yaniv. I can make you a rifle out of a stick and duck tape, but if a stalker can't figure out how to hold a gun, it won't do him any good.
