How to Refund
1. Go to Steam Help [https://help.steampowered.com/]
2. Log-in to your Steam Account and click on the "Purchases".
3. Look for the game you want to refund and click on it.
4. Click on "I would like a refund".
5. Click on "I'd like to request a refund".
6. Fill out the form.
- You will receive a email about your refund request.
- After 3 to 7 days you will receive another email if your request has been confirmed.
- After 24 to 48 hours your refund will be in your wallet or bank account.
Refund Policy
You can't refund any game that you:
- Played more than 2 hours. (Online in game)
- Purchased more than two weeks (14 days) ago.
How long Refunds take
It takes 3 to 7 days for refunds to be confirmed and 24 to 48 hours to get back your money in your wallet or bank account.
