Finding Willem is easy in it's first two phases simply kill everyone until you find him but the last one might be hard.

Willem's Location

1. Use the Heightened Senses ability (V in PC) to find 5 phonographs and destroy them.

2. Find portrait of a woman in middle of the hall and while facing her look up to her left.

3. Keep jumping up to the highest point to find a narrow purple path.
